Finally a Post
So I’m watching the Mtv show “I used to be fat” while eating tobleron… And I realized I ate a whole bar of it today… I weighted my self yesterday and I’m at 54kg (which is like 119 pounds for the Americans :P ) from my 52 kg, it’s not that bad… But I’ve lost muscle and gained fat.
Yesterday there was hockey trials and I think I made the worst team at school cause I couldn’t run anymore… I have done about 2 hours of exercise a week since school has started.
But my school work is brilliant rocking 90% average from the 74% of last year. So I’m blaming that … But that shouldn’t be an excuse. I don’t know why I’m eating more now cause everything is perfect.
An I taking on too much ?
Anyone else out there who has motivation weight problems ? Cause I would like to chat :)
Have I mentioned my Matric Dance (aka Prom) is in 86 days. :S

My current weight: 53 I’ve lost 1kg. Its better than noting. Maybe im doing so much muscle trainig I lose the fat but gain it in muscle. Because muscle is heavier than fat, I may be getting thinner but stay the same-ish weight.
Who knows how much I should lose a week ?
I’ve eaten pretty healthy I would give me a 6 out of 10 so I can step that up. I can also drink more water cause I drink 4 glasses.
Im lossing motivation, thats probably why I haven’t posted as frequently. but I hope when school starts on Wednesday I’ll be distracted from food :)
Tomorrow is my weigh in… It’s been 10 days since I’ve started my routine or eating healthy and working out.
I have kept up to date working out but with my eating not so much… I have to work on that.
It’s easier for me to get my ass off the couch and go “pump my guns” than have the self control of eating healthy and not over eating.
I’ve always said that lazy people are skinny because they are too lazy to get out of bed to get food. Therefore active people get up and open the fridge. Well that’s my theory.
Well I have noticed I’m sporting a slimmer figure, my mom has even noticed. And I have been getting more attention from boys since I’ve started it as well, so I guess it’s working.
I’ll let you guys know of my result tomorrow :) fingers crossed!
And let me know how your journey is working out for you maybe you’ll inspire me to do better, I’ll also reply to your message. I won’t leave you hanging I promise :)
